Ministry of Finance

We have also been involved with the Ministry of Finance in designing an accounting system on commercial basis for the Services of Electricity and Water for the Ministry of Housing, Electricity and Water and Services of Post for the Ministry of Post, Telegraphs and Telephones and Computerizing the Accounting System.

Ministry of Housing, Electricity and Water         

We have been engaged in the management of the Commercial System of Accounts of the Departments of Electricity and Water in the Sultanate of Oman including preparation of the Financial Statements, Budgets, and Cost per Unit analysis etc. in parallel to the Government System of Accounts.  We have also been involved in providing consulting and accounting services for unbundling the Electricity sector under the Ministry to various Electricity generation, supply and distribution companies.

Ministry of Commerce and Industry

We have been engaged in carrying out several assignments for the Ministry of Commerce and Industry including audits, internal audits and consultancy assignments in the departments/organisations under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

Ministry of Tourism

We have been involved in several assignments for the Directorate General of Tourism under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and subsequently for the Ministry of Tourism when it became a separate Ministry for several audits, internal audits and consultancy assignments.

Government Owned Companies

We have been acting as internal auditors for all the major electricity generation companies in Oman owned by the Government.  We have also been involved in providing consulting services in budgeting, accounting and preparation of business plans for different Government owned Electricity companies.  We act as auditors and consultants for some major Government owned public utilities companies.  We also act as internal auditors for a major copper and gold mining company owned by the Government of Oman.
