Auditing Division is headed by a Manager and is assisted by Chartered Accountants, other audit staff and computer professionals. We are providing Auditing services to a large number of organizations including Multinational companies and Omani companies. Highest level of professional competence is maintained in the planning, execution, management and review of audit assignments. In carrying out the statutory audits, we ensure that internationally accepted auditing requirements and regulations, which are applicable, are complied with so also the local laws and requirements including the regulations of the Capital Market Authority are adhered to.

Accounting

Accounting Division is headed by a Manager and is assisted by Chartered Accountants, and o=her support staff and computer professionals. We are providing Outsourced accounting services including maintenance of books of accounts, preparation of periodic management information reports, preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules in accordance with internationally accepted auditing and accounting requirements, preparation of budgets, preparation of periodic budget variance analysis reports etc. We also undertake preparation and maintenance of Fixed Assets Registers. We provide timely and cost effective accounting services to various clients as per the terms agreed with clients in accordance with their requirements.

Internal Auditing

Internal Auditing Division is headed by a Manager and is assisted by Chartered Accountants and also computer professionals and other support staff. We carry out Internal Audit services to several organizations including SAOG companies as per Capital Market Authority’s regulations. We also carry out internal audit for several other companies on quarterly / half yearly basis as per internal audit programmes designed in accordance with the terms of reference agreed with the organizations and provide regular interval audit reports to the organizations covering various areas including systems study, review of internal control and risk exposure, profitability analysis etc.

Taxation

Taxation Division is headed by a Manager and is supported by Chartered Accountants and also Arabic speaking consultants. We are successfully representing various clients including overseas clients from U.S.A, U.K, U.A.E, Kuwait, India, Serbia, etc. for all their income tax matters. The taxation services include assistance in tax planning, preparation of income tax returns, representing the clients before income tax authorities, dealing with correspondence from tax authorities and taking up income tax objections and appeals with higher Income tax authorities.

Management Consultancy

Management Consultancy Division is headed by a Manager and is assisted by Chartered Accountants, computer professionals and other support staff. Management Consultancy assignments include designing accounting systems, financial due diligence, profitability studies, financial projections, cost analysis and advice on financial and management matters. Apart from the above regular services, the firm has been involved in major Consultancy assignments for the Government of the Sultanate of Oman, which includes the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Housing, Electricity and Water.
